How To Use
For 1kg chicken:
Mix:
• 3 tablespoons blend
• 200g natural yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon oil
• Squeeze of lemonMarinate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).
Cook until piping hot throughout (75°C core temperature).
