Collection & Delivery
Collection
Orders can be collected from our registered kitchen during our collection window.

A collection window will be confirmed with your order

Please arrive promptly to maintain food quality and temperature

All items are packaged ready for safe transport but we also recommend bringing a cooler bag, if possible.

General collection windows are as follows:

Monday to Friday - 11 am to 7 pm
-
Saturday & Sunday - 12 pm to 5 pm

Mainland UK Delivery
We now offer mainland UK delivery, using temperature-controlled packaging and ice packs where required.
​
Delivery options include:

Standard delivery (8 am to 8 pm)

Guaranteed delivery by 12pm

All food is dispatched fresh and prepared to order. Orders are packed to maintain quality during transit and should be refrigerated immediately on arrival.

For items that require cooking, clear storage and preparation instructions are provided with your order.

Important Delivery Information

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners.

We recommend someone is available to receive chilled deliveries promptly.

Once delivered, responsibility for storage and preparation transfers to the customer.

Where applicable, customers may freeze items on the day of delivery if not intended for immediate use.

Freezing guidance:
If you are not planning to cook your meat immediately, you may freeze it on the day of collection or delivery.
Once defrosted, use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
