Oven:
200°C (fan 180°C) for 25–35 minutes depending on cut and size.

Air Fryer:
180°C for 18–25 minutes, turning halfway.

BBQ / Grill:

Fully cook through.

Ensure the chicken is cooked all the way through, with clear juices and no pink in the centre. For best results, use a food thermometer and cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Don’t rush it. Good colour and a proper rest will keep it juicy.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
Use within 48 hours of collection.
Suitable for freezing on the day of collection.
