Oven:
200°C (fan 180°C) for 25–35 minutes depending on cut and size.

Air Fryer:
180°C for 18–25 minutes, turning halfway.

BBQ / Grill:
Cook over medium heat, turning regularly, until fully cooked through.

Ensure the chicken is cooked all the way through, with clear juices and no pink in the centre. For best results, use a food thermometer and cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Don’t rush it — good colour and a proper rest will keep it juicy.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
Use within 48 hours of delivery.
Suitable for freezing on the day of collection.
