Delivered frozen.

Place in the freezer as soon as possible on arrival.

Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.

Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Cook until the pastry is crisp and the filling is piping hot throughout.

Oven — from frozen or defrosted
Preheat oven to 180°C fan / 200°C conventional. Place samosas on a baking tray and cook until golden, crisp and piping hot throughout.

Air Fryer — from frozen or defrosted
Cook at 180°C until crisp and piping hot throughout. Turn halfway through for even crisping.

Deep Fry — defrosted only
Fully defrost before deep frying. Do not deep fry from frozen. Pat dry before frying to remove any surface moisture or ice crystals. Fry at 170–180°C until golden brown and piping hot throughout. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
